Award-winning Country Valley has scooped the pool at the NSW Royal Agricultural Society’s dairy produce awards, winning Champion Yoghurt for their Lush Natural Yoghurt as before - and as well seven gold and one silver medal across the entire range of full cream, organic, lite and skim milk; natural and sweetened yoghurt; and cream. Country Valley Dairy lies in the beautiful valley in Picton New South Wales where the Fairley family have been farming for more than 150 years. John and Sally Fairley with their children Tom and Ellen now run the dairy, started fifty years ago by John's grandfather, father and uncle. Their milk, cream and yoghurt is all produced and processed on the farm.

Homeleigh Grove at Wallaroo near Hall was first planted with olive trees in 1999 and Peter and Caroline O'Clery now have about 1500 trees, most producing the two fine 'Homeleigh Grove' and 'Lowanna's Paddock' olive oils. They have 100 trees for table olives including Manzanilla, Kalamata, Azapa, Sevillano, Koroneiki, Benito, Verdale, Bouroni, Hardy's Volos, and Mammoth.
